Role Overview
Drive quality assurance across the KEA ERP ecosystem.
Validate end-to-end features across the web portal, native iOS and Android applications, and backend REST APIs.
Support reliability across HR and payroll, GPS fleet management, biometric attendance synchronization, and role-based access control.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and document test scenarios across Web, iOS, Android, and backend APIs.
- Validate REST endpoints, payload structures, JWT or refresh-token authentication, and third-party integrations.
- Test role-gated permissions for Admin, HR, Planning Engineer, Supervisor, Sales, Employee, and Client roles.
- Build and maintain automated web, API, and mobile test scripts.
- Log reproducible bug reports with steps, logs, device specifications, and network payloads in Jira or Linear.
- Perform smoke, regression, and sanity testing before web and App Store, Google Play, or TestFlight releases.
- Validate offline synchronization, error handling, token refresh flows, and real-time map or geofence updates.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have 2–4+ years of professional QA experience testing web and native mobile applications.
- Have hands-on experience testing REST APIs using Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or curl.
- Have solid experience testing native Android and iOS applications with builds, physical devices, or simulators.
- Understand browser developer tools, responsive UI testing, and network inspection.
- Have basic SQL knowledge, including PostgreSQL, to verify database records and state changes.
- Have hands-on experience with at least one modern automation tool, such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to finding edge-case defects.
