Design and build systems and tools that run and support the firm.
Solve problems across critical areas including trading desks and accounting.

Technology Environment
- OCaml is used as a primary tool for functional programming and software development.
- Python supports research and trading work, including data analysis, visualization, and machine learning.
- The firm uses and contributes to open source software, including Mercurial, the OCaml compiler, and OPAM.

- Be fluent in English.
- Prior experience in functional programming, OCaml, Python, finance, or another specific field is not expected.
Responsibilities
- Design and build systems and tools that support the firm.

- Build foundational infrastructure, including network monitoring and risk models.
- Use programming and software engineering to develop practical solutions.
