About the Position
The Enterprise Mobility Platform Engineer will engineer, manage, and maintain a growing fleet of thousands of iOS and Android devices.
The role supports essential applications and services and is part of the IT Engineering group managing a global physical, virtual, and mobile computing environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Improve, automate, and standardize corporate-owned and BYOD-managed mobile devices and their supporting infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain scripts, optimize MDM systems, resolve issues globally, deploy updates, and enhance mobile systems.
- Develop solutions for business problems and architect integrations that meet the requirements of varied stakeholders.
- Plan and execute deployments, troubleshoot issues, and clearly document resolutions based on root cause analysis.
Required Experience
- Extensive hands-on experience engineering MDM or UEM platforms at scale and managing iOS fleets across corporate-owned and BYOD models.
- Demonstrated experience with automation and scripting is required.
- Experience with MDM platforms such as Intune, Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE, or comparable platforms is required.
- Proficiency managing Apple device lifecycles using Apple Business Manager is required.
- The ability to integrate systems to fulfill business needs is required.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required.
- Experience managing BYOD Android devices is beneficial but not required.
- Fluency in English is required.
