Role Overview
The role builds modern, user-friendly web solutions across React-based interfaces and Java-powered server-side systems.
The engineer partners with multidisciplinary teams to create robust, scalable products and uphold strong engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain adaptable web products using React on the client side and Java services on the server side.
- Work with product, design, and engineering colleagues to turn business needs into technical implementation plans.
- Build REST APIs and connect external platforms or services to expand product capabilities.
- Improve system performance and capacity to provide fast, reliable user experiences.
- Review pull requests and provide actionable guidance that supports clean, consistent, maintainable code.
- Investigate technical defects, diagnose root causes, and deliver effective fixes within appropriate timeframes.
- Explore new tools, frameworks, and market developments to strengthen engineering workflows and development standards.
Experience and Technical Requirements
- 4–5.5 years of hands-on experience delivering full-stack applications, primarily with Java and React.
- Ability to develop browser-based interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Practical knowledge of React.js libraries and tools, including Redux and React Router.
