Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced data analytics solutions for digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain multi-page analytical applications using Plotly Dash.
• Integrate applications with databases using SQLAlchemy and Oracle technologies.
• Apply coding, version-control, and clean-architecture best practices.
• Containerize applications and manage deployments using Docker-based workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application interactivity and user experience.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve data applications.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in data science or a related field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and the ability to write clean, efficient code.
• Extensive Plotly Dash experience, including multi-page layouts and callbacks.
• Strong SQLAlchemy knowledge and hands-on Oracle database integration experience.
• Good understanding of Docker containerization and deployment processes.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript for Dash applications and UI interactivity.
• Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid SCE certificate in an IT-related discipline is required.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of advanced machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.

Working Hours

• Usual full-time working hours in Saudi Arabia are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
• Working hours may vary based on client requirements, with flexibility accommodated where possible.

Saudi Arabia Locations

• EPAM has locations in Riyadh and Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
• The role is described as onsite, with the applicable work location determined within Saudi Arabia.
