The mission of the software team in Marlborough, MA is to provide world-class software for our customers. We are looking to add software engineers to our development team for a wide array of products Surveillance & Warning, Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, Effectors, and Advanced Sensor Systems.

Participate in collaborative, integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications

Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems
Work collaboratively to analyze, implement and test system
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related (STEM) degree
Minimum of 2 years professional software programming experience in development, integration, or test using C++, Java or similar object-oriented software language
The ability to obtain and maintain an interim Secret U.S. security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools
Experience working in Agile environment such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test-Driven Development, DevSecOps
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements
Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems
Experience with integrated development tools such as Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Jenkins, Eclipse, and Ansible
Experience working in a continuous integration/continuous development pipeline
Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating Systems
Exposure to Open Systems Architectures and modular design principles
