About the Role
First Point Group is hiring a Software Engineer for an AI-native technology company in Abu Dhabi. The role involves serving as on-site technical lead for customer engagements, designing end-to-end solutions, and deploying systems across cloud and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the on site technical lead for customer engagements and deployments
- Design and implement end to end solutions across APIs, backend, data pipelines, and frontend
- Deploy and configure systems across cloud, hybrid, and on prem environments
- Build PoCs, pilot projects, and customized integrations based on client needs
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack
- Deliver technical workshops, demos, and training sessions
- Translate real world customer challenges into product feedback and engineering requirements
- Collaborate closely with global engineering teams to drive successful delivery
Requirements
- 3–8+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or similar roles
- Strong hands on coding ability (full stack or backend preferred)
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and distributed systems
- Proven ability to work directly with customers in technical environments
- Strong problem solving skills and ownership mindset
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (must have)
- Willingness to travel and work on site as needed
