Software Engineer 3 role on MongoDB’s Gurugram Products and Technology team.

Position Expectations
- Work with research, product, design, engineering, and other teams to implement and evolve the service.
- Design, build, and deliver well-tested core platform components.
- Contribute to architecture, code reviews, development practices, and developer experience.
- Mentor fellow engineers and own project delivery and accountability.
Qualifications
- Strong background building core components for high-scale compute and distributed data systems.
- At least 3 years of experience building distributed systems or foundational cloud services at scale.
