- Lead teams in the AI DLC process to deliver software solutions at pace.
- Own team throughput within the AI DLC, measured across initiative, bolt, and PR level cycle time and quality metrics.
- Ensure initiatives enter inception with high quality bolt ready artifacts.
- Facilitate Mob Elaboration and Mob Construction to produce results.
- Maintain 'human in the loop, always' as an engineering discipline.
- Actively manage the bolt / BAU balance within the team.
- Build a team culture of delivery of high quality outputs at pace.
- Align team activities with Benevity Scorecard and clarify the link between work and Scorecard/Playbook.
- Direct functional people leadership: recruiting, performance management, team culture and engagement, budget and cost control.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge across domains, with ability to apply AI effectively.
- Accountable for timely delivery of the team's work commitments.
- Ensure all team members adhere to Benevity governance, controls and standards.

- Experience working in Agentic software development
- Successful track record as a software development manager working with cloud based technologies
- Experience in end to end SaaS product development, at scale, in enterprise environments
- High level of technical knowledge, including at a code level, and hands on experience with AI led development
- Ability to lead with empathy and high degree of self awareness
