About the Role

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for money movement business, translating business goals into measurable financial plans
- Analyze key business drivers and donation trends, leveraging AI assisted tools to surface insights
- Monitor and report on key payments metrics (e.g., DV, CSF, CAC, LTV, transaction volume, payment success rates)
- Work closely with FP&A, Product and FinOps teams, contributing to financial planning cycles
- Act as a reliable finance resource for Product and FinOps teams, helping translate business needs into financial frameworks
- Support product roadmap evaluations and go to market analysis by building pricing models
- Assist in preparing management reporting packages, internal dashboards, and finance presentations
- Translate financial data into clear narratives for internal stakeholders
- Identify and support improvements to financial processes and reporting workflows, leveraging AI and automation tools
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or similar analytical finance role
- Proven ability to build financial models from scratch, including P&Ls and operating models
- Experience working cross functionally with product, engineering, or operations teams in a tech company or payments/fintech environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in SaaS or consumption based business model is a plus
- Familiarity with modern financial planning tools (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan) is a plus

What You’ll Do Strategic Planning & Modeling
- Build and maintain financial models for our money movement business.

What You’ll Do Cross Functional Business Partnering
- Work closely with FP&A, Product and FinOps teams.
- Act as a reliable finance resource for Product and FinOps teams.
- Support product roadmap evaluations and go to market analysis.
- Contribute analysis and financial framing to support investment prioritization.
What You’ll Do Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Assist in preparing management reporting packages, internal dashboards, and finance presentations.
- Translate financial data into clear narratives for internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Do Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
- Identify and support improvements to financial processes and reporting workflows.
- Support documentation and maintenance of financial controls.
- Participate in rollout and adoption of a new integrated business planning solution.
What You’ll Bring
- 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or similar analytical finance role.
- Proven ability to build financial models from scratch.
- Experience working cross functionally with product, engineering, or operations teams in a tech company or payments/fintech environment.
- A curious, analytical mindset with ability to break down ambiguous problems.
- Eagerness to adopt AI tools to improve financial work.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative working style.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Experience in SaaS or consumption based business model and familiarity with modern financial planning tools are a plus.
