Responsibilities
- Lead messaging and go to market strategy, identifying market trends and buyer persona evolution
- Provide Voice of Customer insights to product management and sales/marketing to inform product strategy
- Develop and maintain persona based value messaging with fresh market insights
- Own end to end product launch process from market research and pricing through cross functional launch plans
- Own internal connections to advise on key product developments, value proposition, and competitive differentiation
- Develop and collaborate on content for Sales Enablement, Digital, and Client Success teams
- Work with website, content marketing, demand generation, brand, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product messaging proliferates
Requirements
- 4 7 years in B2B product or portfolio marketing role, SaaS ideal
- Proven ability to manage a product launch cycle
- Confidence and experience driving and executing cross functional projects
- Independent self starter with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly developed interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills
- Strong communication and business skills; ability to articulate a PoV and build a business case
- Analytical mind with balance between data driven and emotional approach to marketing
- Demonstrated writing, editing, and content creation skills
- PMA or Pragmatic Marketing certification is an asset
- Previous experience with CSR, social impact, or nonprofits is an asset

Role Overview
- As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a driving force behind how Benevity solutions are positioned, launched and brought to market.
- You will work on both strategy and execution, partnering with Product, Pricing, Sales, Client Success, Enablement and Marketing teams.
- This role is ideal for a marketer who is comfortable owning the end to end product launch process.
What You Will Do
- Lead messaging and go to market strategy, identifying and staying ahead of market trends and buyer and user persona evolution.
- Provide VoC insights to product management and sales/marketing to inform product strategy, roadmap decisions, value messaging and sales velocity.
- Develop and maintain persona based value messaging, sourcing fresh market insights and proof points.
- Own the end to end product launch process from market research and pricing through cross functional launch plans.
- Own the internal connections to advise on key product developments, value proposition, and competitive differentiation.
- Develop and collaborate on content for the Sales Enablement, Digital and Client Success teams.

What You Bring
