About the Role
Beetleware is looking for an experienced IT Asset Manager / CMDB Administrator for a 12-month onsite assignment in Saudi Arabia. You will manage the complete IT asset lifecycle, handle ServiceNow CMDB administration, and ensure license compliance.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete IT Asset Lifecycle (Procurement, Deployment, Maintenance, and Retirement)
- Administer ServiceNow CMDB and ensure data accuracy
- Perform asset discovery, reconciliation, and CMDB audits
- Ensure license compliance for software assets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain CMDB governance
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and CMDB Administration
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow CMDB (or similar ITSM platforms)
- Strong knowledge of Configuration Management, CMDB Governance, and Configuration Items (CIs)
- Experience with Asset Discovery, Reconciliation, and CMDB Audits
- Experience managing Hardware & Software Assets and License Compliance
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Overview
