- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives, particularly within FinTech services
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems and platforms
- Oversee system integrations, cloud environments, and digital platforms
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, and third party service providers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, cybersecurity standards, and data protection policies
- Lead IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (Product, Compliance, Operations) to support business needs
- Build, mentor, and manage a high performing IT team
Requirements
- Saudi National (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in FinTech, banking, or financial services environments
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with digital payment systems, APIs, and financial platforms is highly preferred
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia (e.g., SAMA) is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
