Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Oracle CRM applications based on business needs
- Work on Oracle CRM modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Data Management
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and workflows
- Integrate Oracle CRM with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Perform system testing, debugging, and performance tuning
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure best practices are followed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle CRM development
- Strong experience with Oracle E Business Suite CRM modules
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports
- Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is a plus
- Knowledge of integration tools such as REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud is preferred
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
