- Design, develop, and configure Oracle Utilities C2M applications based on business requirements
- Customize and extend functionalities using C2M SPL, Java, and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
- Develop and support integrations with external systems using Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, JMS, and batch processes
- Work on end to end implementation of Oracle Utilities solutions including Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), and C2M
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and scalable solutions
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of applications
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to deliver project objectives
- Support production environments, resolve issues, and provide continuous improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities (C2M / CC&B / MDM / CCS) development
- Strong hands on experience with C2M SPL, Java, SQL, and PL/SQL
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Integration Framework and system integrations
- Solid understanding of utility domain processes such as billing, payments, meter data, and customer management
- Experience in full lifecycle implementations and production support
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills

Job Summary

- The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in Oracle C2M, strong technical expertise in Oracle Utilities frameworks, and the ability to deliver high quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
