- Manage the complete IT Asset Lifecycle (Procurement, Deployment, Maintenance, and Retirement)
- Administer and govern CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Perform asset discovery, reconciliation, and audits
- Ensure license compliance for software assets
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and CMDB Administration
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow CMDB or similar ITSM platforms
- Strong knowledge of Configuration Management, CMDB Governance, and Configuration Items (CIs)
- Experience with Asset Discovery, Reconciliation, and CMDB Audits
- Experience managing Hardware & Software Assets and License Compliance
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
