Job Summary

  • We are looking for a creative and results driven Social Media Specialist & Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence, create engaging content, support marketing campaigns, and produce high quality visual materials through photography and design.
  • The ideal candidate combines marketing knowledge with strong content creation and visual storytelling skills.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, publish, and manage daily content.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and build online community interaction.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with recommendations.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities.

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and lead generation initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales and management teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations.
  • Support brand awareness and customer acquisition activities.

Photography & Content Creation

  • Capture professional photos and videos for products, events, team activities, and campaigns.
  • Organize and manage content libraries.
  • Edit and enhance visual content for digital platforms.
  • Create short form video content and reels.

Graphic Design

  • Design social media posts, ads, brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines.
  • Produce creative concepts and visual campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media and marketing.
  • Strong photography and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, Canva.
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Basic video editing skills are preferred.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Social media growth and engagement rate.
  • Leads generated from campaigns.
  • Content production consistency.
  • Campaign ROI and conversion performance.
  • Brand visibility and audience growth.

Compensation

  • Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per hour
