Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to join Malaz 360.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our network of real estate developers, brokerage companies, and strategic partners across Qatar.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to close partnerships and generate business opportunities.

This role is focused on growth, relationship building, and market expansion.

Business Development

  • Identify and approach real estate developers, property owners, and brokerage companies.
  • Generate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Present Malaz 360 platform solutions to potential clients.
  • Conduct meetings, demonstrations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the real estate market.

Sales & Partnerships

  • Achieve monthly partnership and sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads and manage the full sales pipeline.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new clients and partners.
  • Support the expansion of Malaz 360 services across Qatar.

Market & Growth

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Suggest new growth opportunities and partnership ideas.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and real estate events.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to improve customer acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of the Qatar real estate market is highly preferred.
  • Existing network within real estate brokerage or developer sector is a plus.
  • Qatari driving license.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
