Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the execution of app and website development projects.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, developers, and clients to ensure smooth communication, task tracking, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering project requirements from clients
- Coordinate between developers, designers, and management
- Track daily tasks and follow up on progress with the team
- Update project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare reports on project status and performance
- Organize meetings and document key discussions
- Ensure all project data and files are properly managed
- Support in testing and reviewing completed features
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in project coordination or similar role
- Basic understanding of mobile apps and website development
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiar with tools like Trello, ClickUp, Jira, or similar

- Experience working in a tech company or startup
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX concepts
- Experience in client communication or support
