Responsibilities
- Go LIVE on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms to promote clinic services, offers, and events
- Create, shoot, edit, and publish marketing videos and promotional content
- Design and manage social media posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
- Respond to inquiries received through social media platforms and WhatsApp Business
- Coordinate with the clinic team regarding promotions, patient feedback, and marketing activities
- Monitor social media trends and implement creative ideas to increase engagement and patient bookings
- Assist the receptionist with appointment scheduling, patient follow ups, and front desk coordination when required
- Support lead generation and conversion activities
- Maintain a professional and positive online presence for the clinic
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or similar role
- Experience in a dental, aesthetic, or healthcare clinic is preferred
- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera for live sessions and promotional videos
- Strong English communication skills
- Knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms
- Basic video editing skills
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and WhatsApp Business
- Creative, presentable, and customer service oriented personality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000.00 AED 5,000.00 per month.
