- Welcome and assist patients professionally at the front desk
- Manage phone calls, appointments, inquiries, and patient follow ups
- Contact inquiry patients and convert leads into bookings
- Handle daily reception and administrative tasks efficiently
- Create, post, promote, and manage clinic social media content
- Do live sessions on TikTok and Facebook for clinic promotion
- Communicate effectively with patients through phone calls and WhatsApp Business
- Maintain a positive and customer focused patient experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental or aesthetic clinic is mandatory (minimum 2 years)
- Strong English communication skills
- Tagalog speaking candidates are highly preferred
- Presentable, polite, and customer service oriented personality
- Good knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and WhatsApp Business
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of dental appointments, insurance processing, and patient coordination
- Familiarity with DHA regulations and dental practice management software is an advantage
- Available to join immediately
