Job Summary
Mid Town Dental Poly Clinic is seeking a **DHA-licensed Beauty Therapist or Derma Nurse** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate must be experienced in **aesthetic and dermatology support procedures** and ensure full compliance with **Dubai Health Authority (DHA)** regulations, patient safety standards, and infection control protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform non-invasive aesthetic treatments such as:
- Facials and advanced skin care treatments
- Chemical peels *(as per DHA scope)*
- HydraFacial and skin rejuvenation treatments
- Assist Dermatologist/GP in aesthetic procedures (Botox, fillers, PRP)
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and patients before procedures
- Ensure proper **patient identification, consent, and documentation**
- Maintain accurate **electronic medical records (EMR)**
- Follow strict **infection control and sterilization protocols** as per DHA
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care
- Monitor patients during and after procedures and report any complications
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment and treatment areas
Dha Requirements (Mandatory)
- **Valid DHA License / Eligibility Letter** as:
- Registered Nurse (RN) **OR**
- Beauty Therapist *(DHA licensed)*
- Must work strictly within **DHA scope of practice and privileging**
- Valid **BLS (Basic Life Support)** certification
- Familiarity with **DHA infection control and patient safety standards**
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Nursing or Beauty Therapy
- Minimum **UAE experience** in dermatology/aesthetic clinic preferred
- Hands-on experience with laser machines and skincare treatments
- Knowledge of **laser safety standards (DHA compliant)**
- Experience assisting in aesthetic procedures is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle patients with care and confidentiality
- Strong understanding of hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols
- Team player with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- DHA-approved certifications in laser therapy or skincare treatments
- Experience handling **DHA inspections and audits**
- Multilingual
