Mid-Town Dental Poly Clinic is looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Receptionist cum Call Center Agent to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be confident in handling patient calls and inquiries, and preferably be a Tagalog speaker with strong experience in appointment booking, customer coordination, and basic social media handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Respond to WhatsApp inquiries and book appointments efficiently
- Follow up and call patients for appointment bookings and confirmations
- Maintain and update patient records and schedules accurately
- Coordinate with dentists and assistants to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance-related inquiries
- Provide information about clinic services, treatments, and ongoing offers
- Manage patient feedback and deliver excellent customer service
- Handle basic social media activities including posting on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Ability to do live sessions/videos for clinic promotions and patient engagement on social media platforms
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or call center agent (preferably in a dental or medical clinic)
- **Tagalog** speaker preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills on calls
- Ability to handle patient inquiries and appointment bookings professionally
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Comfortable appearing in social media live sessions and promotional videos
- Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software
- Pleasant personality with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
