Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and promotional content
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and business opportunities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Meta
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the company's branding and objectives
- Monitor social media activity, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and campaign effectiveness
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and marketing channels
- Support corporate events, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, media, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing and social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and digital advertising
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of the UAE market is preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to enhance our brand presence, manage digital marketing initiatives, and drive engagement across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Support corporate events, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Meta.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the company's branding and objectives.
- Develop creative content including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media activity, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers in a professional manner.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, media, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of the UAE market is preferred.
