Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers and legal consultants in preparing legal documents, contracts, agreements, notices, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research on UAE laws, regulations, and legal precedents
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents and case files
- Maintain and update legal records, databases, and document management systems
- Coordinate with government authorities, courts, free zones, and regulatory bodies when required
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, and legal reports
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of legal documents and filings
- Assist with corporate matters, including company formation, licensing, renewals, and compliance requirements
- Communicate professionally with clients, external counsel, and government entities
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent legal qualification
- Minimum 1 3 years of legal experience within the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE legal and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented legal assistant to support our legal team in handling legal, corporate, and administrative matters.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a law firm, legal consultancy, corporate legal department, or government related legal environment.
- Familiarity with UAE corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
- Experience dealing with ADGM, DIFC, Mainland, and Free Zone regulations is an advantage.
