Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 7–8 years of relevant professional experience in architecture, interior design, business development, or a similar leadership role
- Proven experience in managing operations and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Strong business development background with a demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Well established network within the UAE market, particularly with real estate developers, consultants, contractors, government entities, and key industry stakeholders
- In depth knowledge of the UAE architecture, interior design, and construction industries, including current market trends
- Experience in preparing commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships and represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth while overseeing day to day operations
- UAE driving licence is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be an advantage

Job Overview
- We are currently looking to hire an experienced Business Development Director (Architecture & Interior Design) who will be responsible for managing the operations and business development activities of one of our subsidiaries.
Qualifications
