Responsibilities
- Own and manage all brand social channels: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat and LinkedIn including content planning, scheduling, publishing and community moderation.
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar balancing brand storytelling, product education, seasonal campaigns and user generated content.
- Create high quality organic content including photography briefs, short form video scripts, Reels, TikTok videos, Stories and carousels.
- Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads targeting B2C and B2B audiences; manage monthly ad budgets with full accountability for ROAS.
- Identify, contract and manage micro and macro influencer partnerships; brief creators, review content, track performance and report ROI.
- Monitor and respond to all comments, DMs and mentions within 2 hours during business hours; manage brand's online reputation.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team through targeted campaigns, lead gen ads and WhatsApp Business integration.
- Track, analyse and report weekly on core metrics: reach, engagement rate, follower growth, CPL, ROAS, and conversion from social to website.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of social media marketing experience, preferably in luxury, FMCG, food or gifting brand context
- Native or near native proficiency in both Arabic and English
- Proven hands on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads with measurable ROAS results
- Strong visual aesthetic sensibility; experience briefing designers and content creators to brand guidelines
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later or equivalent)
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage all brand social channels: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat and LinkedIn (corporate gifting audience) including content planning, scheduling, publishing and community moderation.
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar that balances brand storytelling, product education, seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Eid, National Day, corporate gifting season) and user generated content.
- Create high quality organic content: photography briefs, short form video scripts, Reels, TikTok videos, Stories and carousels coordinating with in house or freelance creative resources.
- Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads targeting B2C gifting customers and B2B corporate buyers; manage monthly ad budgets with full accountability for ROAS.
- Identify, contract and manage micro and macro influencer partnerships: briefing creators, reviewing content, tracking performance and reporting ROI.
- Monitor and respond to all comments, DMs and mentions within 2 hours during business hours; escalate complaints and manage the brand's online reputation proactively.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team through targeted campaigns, lead gen ads and WhatsApp Business integration.
- Coordinate with the E Commerce Executive to ensure all promotions, product launches and seasonal offers are aligned across organic, paid and on site channels.
- Track, analyse and report weekly on core metrics: reach, engagement rate, follower growth, CPL, ROAS, and conversion from social to website.
- Monitor competitor brands (Bateel, Al Foah, Qinwan and other regional luxury dates brands) and regional market trends; present insights and recommendations monthly.
- Support photography and video production shoots for product catalogue and campaign assets.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of social media marketing experience, preferably in a luxury, FMCG, food or gifting brand context.
- Native or near native proficiency in both Arabic and English – the ability to write compelling copy in both languages is non negotiable.
- Proven hands on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads with measurable ROAS results.
- Strong visual aesthetic sensibility; experience briefing designers and content creators to brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later or equivalent).
- Confident interpreting performance data and translating insights into action – Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics for platform data.
- Experience working with influencers in the UAE/GCC market is a strong advantage.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 2,500.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
