- Assist in the preparation and cooking of burgers, sides, and sauces according to Flare Burger’s recipes and standards
- Ensure consistent portion sizes, presentation, and quality of all menu items
- Support the Head Chef with inventory management, receiving, and stock rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas
- Follow food safety regulations, including HACCP guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed
- Help in daily opening and closing duties of the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience as a line cook, commis chef, or assistant chef (breakfast menu and diet food)
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with UAE food hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Job Summary
- Flare Burger is seeking a passionate and reliable Assistant Chef to support our kitchen operations in delivering high quality gourmet burgers and side dishes.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay
- AED 2,000.00 AED 2,500.00 per month
