About the Role
Nuwa Sweets is seeking a hardworking Kitchen Helper to assist with daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced burger restaurant. You will support food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in basic food preparation such as washing, cutting, peeling vegetables, and portioning ingredients
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Support with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation
- Help with packaging take away and delivery orders
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and storage areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Refill supplies and ingredients during busy hours
- Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast food or restaurant kitchen is a plus (not mandatory)
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness in food service
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Punctual, hardworking, and a strong team player
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Summary

- The ideal candidate will support the kitchen staff in food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards, ensuring a smooth workflow in a fast paced burger restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in basic food preparation such as washing, cutting, peeling vegetables, and portioning ingredients.
