Position Summary

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement strategic social media plans aligned with broader marketing goals. Indeed
• Build, manage, and optimize content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others. Indeed
• Create, publish, and schedule engaging on-brand content (posts, reels, videos, graphics, stories, etc.). Indeed

Content Leadership

• Collaborate with designers, videographers, copywriters, and external partners to produce high-quality social media content and campaigns. Indeed
• Tailor content format and messaging to platform-specific audiences and trends. Indeed

Community Engagement & Growth

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner. Indeed
• Build and nurture audience engagement, user-generated content initiatives, and brand advocacy programs. Indeed

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze key social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversions, sentiment). Indeed
• Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to optimize content and campaigns. Indeed

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Digital Marketing, Content, Product, and PR teams to ensure social efforts support broader campaigns and product launches. Indeed
• Support influencer and partnership outreach to expand reach and impact. Indeed

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (often **3–5+ years**) in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing. Indeed

Skills

• Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Indeed
• Strong content creation skills — copywriting, visual storytelling, short-form video, and campaign planning. Indeed
• Experience with analytics tools and social dashboards (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite). Indeed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Indeed
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Indeed
