Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, A/B testing, and performance analysis
- Produce high quality photo and video content, with a strong focus on advanced video editing and storytelling
- Optimize content and website performance using SEO best practices to increase organic reach and visibility
- Manage and grow Peaksy's social media presence by increasing followers, engagement, and brand awareness
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Artist to develop creative campaigns, graphics, reels, and promotional content
- Lead and manage the company's overall marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and recommend improvements based on data
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and platform updates
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role
- Strong expertise in SEO and content optimization
- Hands on experience creating and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) using Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
- Advanced video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software
- Strong content creation skills, including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing engaging short form and long form videos
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms and using analytics tools to measure performance
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English
- Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational skills

- Strong expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and content optimization.
- Hands on experience creating and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) using Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
- Experience planning paid social media campaigns, audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign optimization to achieve business objectives.
- Advanced video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software.
- Strong content creation skills, including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing engaging short form and long form videos.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms and using analytics tools to measure performance.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English.
- Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in photography, videography, graphic design, or Google Ads is an advantage.
