Peaksy Adventure Park & Family Restaurant is looking for an experienced and energetic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Family Entertainment Center (FEC), attractions and events operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily FEC operations
- Supervise staff scheduling, performance, and operations
- Ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction
- Organize and conduct weekly activities, seasonal programs, and special events
- Coordinate birthday parties, school trips, and group bookings
- Monitor operational performance, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with HR, maintenance, sales, and marketing teams
- Handle customer concerns and operational challenges professionally
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in FEC, hospitality and entertainment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience organizing activities and events is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Available to join immediately or within 30 days
