Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing activities for food, beverages, packaging materials, cleaning supplies, and other restaurant operational requirements
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliable service
- Negotiate supplier pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Review quotations, conduct price comparisons, and recommend cost effective purchasing decisions
- Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of products
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Operations, Finance, and Store teams to manage purchasing requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and support effective stock management
- Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and procurement documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement within the UAE restaurant, hospitality, catering, or F&B industry
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Good knowledge of food and non food purchasing processes
- Experience with inventory and procurement systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Immediate availability or candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
Pay
- AED 7,000.00 AED 8,000.00 per month
