- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Provide accurate information regarding company services, promotions, and policies
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM or booking system
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, bookings, and feedback
- Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with company standards and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Call Center or Family Entertainment Center (FEC) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer service and problem solving abilities
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/booking systems
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
- Must be available to join immediately

Qualifications

- Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service and problem solving abilities.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/booking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Professional, positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Must be available to join immediately.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
