Job Summary

  • We are seeking a professional and customer focused Call Center Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center or Family Entertainment Center (FEC) environment and possess excellent communication skills in English. This role requires handling custom

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and general inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services, promotions, and policies.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM or booking system.
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, bookings, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all customer interactions comply with company standards and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Call Center or Family Entertainment Center (FEC) is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong customer service and problem solving abilities.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/booking systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Professional, positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Must be available to join immediately.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling high call volumes.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or customer service industries is an advantage.
