About the Role
Marhaba Cars Auction is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead social media strategy, increase reach and engagement, and guide the marketing team with data-driven ideas.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, engagement, and lead generation
- Manage the company’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, and X (Twitter)
- Plan, schedule, and publish content created by the in house content and videography team
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics including views, reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, and conversion trends
- Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights and recommendations to management
- Identify trends, viral opportunities, and platform updates, and propose creative strategies
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align social media campaigns with business targets
- Manage community engagement by overseeing responses to comments, messages, reviews, and customer inquiries
- Support paid campaign planning and work with the marketing team to improve campaign performance and ROI
- Conduct competitor analysis and recommend new initiatives
- Maintain the monthly content calendar and ensure consistent posting across all platforms
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media management, social media strategy, or digital marketing performance management
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and social media reporting tools
- Proven experience in growing social media accounts and improving reach, engagement, and lead generation
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team coordination skills
- Experience in the automotive, auction, or e commerce industry is an advantage
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage
