About the Role
ULEARNA TECHNOLOGY L.L.C (Marhaba Group) is seeking a commercially driven Operations Manager to lead daily operations in Dubai, manage strategic partnerships, and drive business growth across platforms REAB and CARWA.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of ULEARNA TECHNOLOGY L.L.C.
- Implement operational processes, systems, and reporting structures.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear ownership and timelines.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient execution.
- Maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and regular management reporting.
- Drive operational execution for REAB and CARWA.
- Support product launches, marketplace operations, customer support processes, and service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators including revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and transaction volumes.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to support business expansion.
- Manage operational relationships with Marhaba and M1.
- Monitor operational budgets, expenses, invoicing, and cash flow.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations Management, Business Operations, Project Management, or related field
- Experience in technology, marketplace, automotive, logistics, or startup environments highly preferred
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and business growth
- Experience managing strategic partnerships, vendors, and budgets
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Commercially minded with strong business acumen
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent English (required)
- Arabic and/or Hindi is an advantage
