About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the shipping platform website (Angular frontend + Node.js backend)
- Build and integrate APIs for shipment tracking, order management, and logistics workflows
- Design and manage MongoDB data models for platform features
- Architect, build, and maintain a web based internal employee portal with dashboards, reporting tools, user management, and operational workflows
- Ensure role based access control and data security across the portal
- Collaborate with and provide technical support to the mobile app developer; build and maintain shared backend APIs
- Write clean, tested, and well documented code; participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs in a timely manner
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands on experience with Angular and Node.js
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript
- Solid experience with MongoDB (schema design, queries, aggregation)
- Experience building internal tools, admin portals, or dashboards
- Comfortable working with shared APIs consumed by both web and mobile clients
- Understanding of RESTful API design and third party integrations
- Ability to work independently across multiple products simultaneously
- Clear communication in English, based in Dubai or able to commute to Al Quoz daily

- Mobile: Ability to support mobile app developer (React Native or Flutter knowledge is a plus)

Key Responsibilities
