We are seeking a professional and friendly **Customer Service & Receptionist** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and customers in a professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
- Handle basic front desk and receptionist duties
- Support daily administrative tasks as required
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Ensure excellent customer service experience at all times
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of **Arabic and English (spoken and written)**
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with **Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint**
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform **receptionist duties including front desk management, calls, and visitor handling**
