- Create and manage Dove's social content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
- Schedule and publish content across platforms, ensuring brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Write and adapt social copy for each platform, ensuring consistent and compelling tone of voice
- Monitor Dove's social channels daily, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on brand manner
- Engage proactively with Dove's audience, fostering a sense of community and connection
- Track trending topics, hashtags, cultural moments, and platform features, flagging relevant opportunities
- Track and report on social content performance across platforms, compiling regular reports on key metrics
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to ensure social assets align with content calendar
- Support coordination of influencer and creator content within the publishing schedule
- Stay current with social platform updates, algorithm changes, new features, and emerging content formats
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in social media management for consumer brands, ideally in beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG
- Strong platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience managing social content calendars and publishing workflows across multiple platforms
- Solid copywriting skills, with ability to write platform native social copy
- Experience with community management
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar) and native platform analytics
- Ability to track and report on social performance metrics
- Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
- A genuine interest in social culture, digital trends, and the evolving beauty and personal care landscape

Role Overview
- Social Media Manager for Dove, part of OLIVER | The Brandtech Group.
- Location: Dubai, UAE. Office presence expected 2 3 days per week.
- Build a team across 15 markets to own Dove's social presence end to end.
Content Planning and Publishing
- Create and manage Dove's social content calendars across TikTok and Instagram and emerging platforms.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms, ensuring every post meets brand guidelines, platform specifications, and accessibility standards.
- Write and adapt social copy for each platform, ensuring Dove's tone of voice is consistent, compelling, and native to the channel.
- Coordinate with the creative team and content creators to ensure assets are delivered on time.
- Support the Senior Social Media Manager in planning always on content, campaign activations, and seasonal moments.
Community Management and Engagement
- Monitor Dove's social channels daily, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on brand manner.
- Engage proactively with Dove's audience, fostering a sense of community and connection.
- Track trending topics, hashtags, cultural moments, and platform features, flagging relevant opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to surprise and delight Dove's audience through creative engagement.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Track and report on social content performance across platforms, compiling regular reports on key metrics.
- Use native platform analytics and social management tools to monitor content effectiveness.
- Support the Senior Social Media Manager and Data Analyst in building a continuous learning loop.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to ensure social assets align with the content calendar.
- Support the coordination of influencer and creator content within the publishing schedule.
- Work closely with the Dove brand team on day to day social activity.
- Support briefing processes, helping to translate client briefs into clear direction for the creative team.
Platform Expertise and Trends
- Stay current with social platform updates, algorithm changes, new features, and emerging content formats.
- Contribute ideas for new content formats, series, and engagement approaches.
- Ensure the studio's content approach reflects the latest platform best practices.
What You Bring
- 3 5 years of experience in social media management for consumer brands, ideally in beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG.
- Strong platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience managing social content calendars and publishing workflows across multiple platforms.
- Solid copywriting skills, with ability to write platform native social copy.
- Experience with community management.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar) and native platform analytics.
- Ability to track and report on social performance metrics.
- Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- A genuine interest in social culture, digital trends, and the evolving beauty and personal care landscape.
- Basic proficiency with Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.ai, Grammarly).
- An agentic approach to work: self organise, manage priorities, find efficient solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience in an in house agency, embedded studio, or social specialist environment.
- An editorial background or experience writing long form and short form content for social.
- Experience working with influencer or creator content within a publishing workflow.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and basic audience research.
- Experience with accessibility in social publishing (captions, alt text, inclusive content practices).
- An interest in or experience with brand purpose, inclusivity, or social impact in a marketing context.
- Familiarity with paid social amplification and how organic and paid content work together.
