Richmond Properties is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a creative, commercially minded, and highly driven Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence across the Dubai real estate market.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing brokerage during an exciting growth phase, helping shape the voice, content strategy, and digital presence of one of Dubai’s emerging real estate brands.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for managing and growing Richmond Properties’ social media presence across multiple platforms, creating engaging content that supports both brand awareness and lead generation.
  • You will work closely with leadership, marketing, recruitment, and sales teams to develop content that showcases:
  • Dubai lifestyle and real estate
  • Off-plan and secondary property opportunities
  • Company culture and employer branding
  • Agent success stories and market insights
  • International audience engagement

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Create and execute content strategies aligned with business growth objectives
  • Plan, film, edit, and publish high-quality video and graphic content
  • Develop engaging short-form content and trending real estate campaigns
  • Support recruitment and employer branding initiatives through social media
  • Coordinate property shoots, agent interviews, and lifestyle content
  • Monitor analytics, engagement, and campaign performance
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
  • Work closely with agents and management to increase visibility and lead generation
  • About you
  • Previous experience managing social media for a real estate broker, developer or consultancy
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and video-first marketing
  • Excellent content creation, editing, and copywriting skills
  • Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar
  • Ability to create both corporate and trend-driven content
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Confident working in a fast-growth, high-performance environment
