- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and enquiries
- Manage meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception and office area
- Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams
- Assist with basic office coordination tasks and document management
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality, receptionist or front desk role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer focused attitude
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast paced office environment
