We are seeking a creative, energetic, and camera-confident Social Media Influencer & Content Creator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video content, representing the brand across digital platforms, and helping increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation through innovative social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Act as the face of the brand in promotional videos, reels, and campaigns.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current trends and audience interests.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence and online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Conduct live sessions, interviews, product demonstrations, and promotional events when required.
- Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and online communities to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills.
- Experience creating reels, short-form videos, and viral content.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Arabic and English language skills are an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working as an influencer, presenter, host, or brand ambassador.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of paid social media campaigns and analytics tools.
- Experience in lifestyle, healthcare, beauty, automotive, retail, or consumer brands.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
