- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and make food and beverage recommendations
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Ensure guests' needs are attended to throughout their dining experience
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Prepare bills and process customer payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Work closely with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience as a Waiter in a hotel or restaurant
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Basic English communication skills
- Well groomed appearance and professional attitude
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
