Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, milkshakes, and other beverages according to company recipes and customer preferences
- Select, wash, peel, and cut fresh fruits and vegetables for daily operations
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages
- Operate and maintain juicing machines, blenders, and other equipment safely
- Monitor inventory of fruits, vegetables, syrups, and other ingredients and report shortages
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the juice preparation area in compliance with food safety standards
- Store ingredients properly to maintain freshness and reduce wastage
- Follow food hygiene and safety regulations at all times
- Assist in developing new juice and smoothie recipes when required
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Handle customer requests and dietary preferences professionally
- Support the team with opening and closing duties, cleaning, and stock replenishment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 4 years of experience as a Juice Maker, Barista, or similar food and beverage role
- Experience in preparing fresh juices, smoothies, mocktails, and healthy beverages
- Knowledge of fruits, vegetables, and beverage preparation techniques
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to operate juicing and blending equipment efficiently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
