Responsibilities
- Source and procure food, beverages, packaging, and restaurant consumables
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers
- Obtain competitive quotations and ensure cost effective purchasing
- Prepare purchase orders and monitor deliveries
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with operations
- Ensure purchased products meet quality and food safety standards
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and product availability
- Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2 5 years of UAE experience in procurement or purchasing within the Food & Beverage/Hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food products, beverages, packaging materials, and restaurant operations
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/Procurement systems
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage
