Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media strategies aligned with the company's branding and marketing objectives
- Create high quality content, including graphics, photos, videos, reels, stories, and written copy for social media platforms
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube
- Produce creative content that reflects the company's brand identity and supports marketing campaigns
- Capture and edit photo and video content for corporate events, projects, interviews, and behind the scenes activities
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages when required, and engage with the online community
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports with recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
- Collaborate with internal departments, designers, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, corporate events, and promotional activities
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and communication standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, photography, videography, graphic design, and video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or similar creative tools
- Experience with video editing for short form content such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
