Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documents, drawings, specifications, and correspondence
- Ensure all documents are properly recorded, filed, and distributed according to company procedures
- Maintain document control registers and electronic document management systems
- Review incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients regarding document submissions
- Track document revisions and ensure only the latest approved versions are in circulation
- Prepare transmittals and maintain records of document submissions
- Archive completed project documentation in accordance with company standards
- Support project teams with administrative and document control requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in an engineering consultancy or construction environment
- Strong knowledge of document control procedures and document management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software (Aconex, EDMS, or similar is an advantage)
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Summary
