- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Manage SEO, SEM, website optimization, and content marketing initiatives
- Create and oversee social media strategies, content calendars, and online engagement
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing actionable insights to improve ROI
- Generate high quality leads through digital campaigns and marketing automation
- Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage and update company websites, ensuring content is current and user friendly
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
- Prepare regular performance reports and present recommendations to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and digital marketing tools
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
