- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities
- Manage client inquiries and provide timely, professional responses
- Conduct property presentations and accompany clients on property viewings
- Follow up with prospective buyers to convert leads into successful sales
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property launches
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or real estate within the UAE
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build long term client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
