Job Summary

  • Amaal is seeking a dynamic and customer focused Relationship Manager (Russian Speaker) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their property investment needs, and delivering exceptional customer

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities.
  • Manage client inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
  • Conduct property presentations and accompany clients on property viewings.
  • Follow up with prospective buyers to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or real estate within the UAE.
  • Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written). Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build long term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
