About the Role

- Create high quality social media creatives for Forex, CFD, trading, fintech, and broker related campaigns
- Design engaging posts, stories, reel covers, carousel designs, banners, advertisements, event creatives, and promotional materials
- Develop visually compelling concepts for campaigns including bonuses, trading competitions, webinars, market updates, partner programs, and product launches
- Maintain consistent and premium brand identity across all social media channels and marketing materials
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Content teams to transform ideas into clear, professional visual communication
- Create designs that are compliant, accurate, and suitable for financial services marketing
- Design educational and promotional materials related to Forex, CFDs, financial markets, and trading products
- Adapt creative assets for different formats, screen sizes, and platform requirements
- Create visual content for Meta Ads, Google campaigns, email marketing, websites, and landing pages when required
- Stay up to date with social media trends, fintech design trends, and emerging creative technologies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, social media design, or similar creative role
- Previous experience in Forex, CFD, Fintech, Financial Services, or Trading industry highly preferred
- Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of social media design principles and digital marketing requirements
- Fluency in English essential

Job Description

- We are looking to add an experienced Social Media Designer to the WinproFX team.
Your Role at WinproFX
- Create high quality social media creatives for Forex, CFD, trading, fintech, and broker related campaigns.
- Design engaging posts, stories, reel covers, carousel designs, banners, advertisements, event creatives, and promotional materials across all digital platforms.
- Develop visually compelling concepts for campaigns, including bonuses, trading competitions, webinars, market updates, partner programs, and product launches.
- Maintain a consistent and premium brand identity across all social media channels and marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Content teams to transform ideas into clear, professional, and impactful visual communication.
- Create designs that are compliant, accurate, and suitable for financial services marketing.
- Design educational and promotional materials related to Forex, CFDs, financial markets, and trading products.
- Understand and incorporate trading related themes such as Forex pairs, charts, candlesticks, commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies, spreads, leverage, deposits, withdrawals, and trading platforms into creative designs.
- Adapt creative assets for different formats, screen sizes, and platform requirements.
- Create visual content for Meta Ads, Google campaigns, email marketing, websites, and landing pages when required.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, fintech design trends, and emerging creative technologies.
- Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in graphic design, social media design, or a similar creative role.
- Previous experience within the Forex, CFD, Fintech, Financial Services, or Trading industry is highly preferred.
- Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media design principles and digital marketing requirements.
- Ability to create premium, modern, and professional social media visuals.
- Strong sense of layout, typography, color, spacing, and brand consistency.
- Experience designing creatives for Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and reel creation is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into visually engaging content.
